My focus is to help you discover the joys and benefits that proper nutrition can offer the body.
Hello there, I’m Tricia Cammaart!
I’m a registered holistic nutrition practitioner (RHNP) and co-owner of Zeal Holistic Health founded in 2012. I’ve been in the business of helping women get healthy for more than 20 years. First as a group fitness instructor teaching Zumba and Yoga, and now as a holistic nutrition expert!
As a holistic nutritionist—or, more specifically, your holistic nutritionist—my top priorities are to:
Educate: Offer guidance and education about proper nutrition and eating habits.
Formulate: Create a detailed, goal-oriented plan—tailored to you—to help you tackle your nutritional goals.
Assist: Coach and help guide you along your journey & experience the benefits of a healthy body, mind, and soul.
