Hello there, I’m Tricia Cammaart!

I am an experienced and dedicated Registered Holistic Nutrition Practitioner (RHNP) and proud co-owner of Zeal Holistic Health, established in 2012. With over 20 years of expertise in empowering women to achieve optimal health, my journey began as a passionate group fitness instructor, teaching invigorating classes such as Zumba and Yoga. Now, as a trusted holistic nutrition expert, my focus lies in providing comprehensive and personalized solutions to support women over 40 on their wellness journey.

A few more fun facts about me

  • I studied at the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario and earned a Bachelors of Science with a concentration in Biology
  • I studied nutrition at Nutraphoria School of Holistic Nutrition and earned a diploma as a Holistic Nutritionist.
  • I am also a certified personal trainer, group fitness instructor, Zumba instructor and Yoga instructor.
  • I co-own Zeal Holistic Health with my husband Jeff, his focus is on energy healing and tapping. Together we have three beautiful children, 2 boys and 1 girl, a dog some cats and a lovely farmhouse in the country we were often host outdoor yoga classes and yoga in our yurt.
  • I’m an active member of my church. I teach Sunday School, run our Youth Group and a weekly Play Group. I love being involved in teaching children and youth at our church.
  • I love to be outdoors! Walking outdoors daily, going to the beach, on the water on my paddle board or having outdoor fun at a cottage are some of my most favourite things to do. I love lots of sports like volleyball and badminton. I also have a passion for baking. Serving a yummy healthy dessert to my family is my love language.
  • For all of you sweet-loving people in the world (myself included), I’m a firm believer that you can have your cake and eat it too, we just need to watch our cake portion and how often we are having it! Having a weekly flex meal is something I look forward to and my clients do too!
