This program starts with an initial consultation where we do an in depth assessment to go over health history and goals. Your nutritional plan for weight loss and reduced inflammation is as individual as you are! This is because the foods recommended are based on your unique blood values, personal information and eating habits. You will go through 4 phases: cleansing, detox, conversion and maintenance and I will be supporting you every step of the way!

We meet about 5 times via zoom, or telephone or in person to go over your progress, what is working, what is not working and steps going forward.

Plus you get access to my nutrition app where you can log your progress, water intake, exercise and nutrition. This allows me to see you progress daily and keep you accountable and on track!
